Words. Journey into words;ì: happiness.
Is happiness a transitory state or a condition of well-being to aspire to? “We only realize the happy days of our life when they have now given way to sad days” said Shopenhauer – and who knows how many others of us – but that state of well-being is certainly linked to love, to our ability to love and make ourselves loved , to the fulfillment of a desire, to gratitude and to finding our place, albeit temporary, in the world. Feeling happy opens to curiosity, broadens the horizons of thought and is a push to grow, not to be satisfied. The whole organism responds positively, happiness opens us to good humor and sociability. With Massimo Buratti we talk about happiness in a journey from the root of the word to its existential meaning.
